I'm taking it you haven't played RE6 then. She pretty much explains what happened to her in it since she's an adult. It wasn't too exciting. She was under protective custody by the US government to protect her from Wesker and also to research the virus antibodies her body held. (The G-Virus wasn't fully eliminated from her blood stream. It just gave her immunity and allowed her to regenerate wounds, even serious ones.)

Yes, I have actually played RE6. However if you look at the date that I posted that comment, it was back in 2011. How could I have known that information if Resident Evil 6 hadn't been released until 2012? That being said though, I'm glad that they put her back into the game after all these years.
